Laughing can improve our health incredibly. There are
some reasons about it. First, people that laugh more often has lower blood
pressure than the others that don’t. Second, laughing build up our immune
system by increasing the antibodies. Therefore, it also relaxes our muscles,
especially in the belly. Third, laughter released specific hormones to reduce
stress. Hence, laughter can make people decrease the sense of pain. Also, laughter
stimulates our brain and improve it’s ability. Then, laughter give our lungs
more spaces for air. It is good for the circulation of oxygen in our blood. As
a result of laughing, the risk of heart attack can be minimalized. Finally,
laughter helps us to dissolve anger and regenerate our energy. Consequently, laughter
has a big role of our body’s health.
